WelcomeYour First Visit20 Minute Meet & Greet - Appointments Are Available At No Charge

Your first visit will last about one and a half hours. There will be ample time to present your concerns and for you and Gail to review your medical, physical, and emotional history. After a thorough intake which will include tongue and pulse diagnosis, you will receive your first acupuncture treatment. Your response to these first needles will help to establish a treatment plan for future visits. The needles are usually left in place for 15 to 30 minutes. Most people fall asleep or relax deeply during this time. You are requested to refrain from eating a large meal before treatment and wearing perfume or heavy makeup.

Acupuncture is safe and efective for people of all ages. Children respond very quickly, teens lose their hostility, and even terminally ill patients can discover a new sense of peace and well being. Treatments can be given to remedy a particular problem, to build the immune system, as needed in times of stress, or seasonally as a "tune-up".
